Do you wonder whether leaders are made or whether they are born with the skills?

The truth is, some of them may have the skills to be leaders but most of them are made. How is it done? You need to lead your team by example. Show others that you are willing to do everything to make the team a success and they will automatically start to follow you. Being a leader does not mean that you will not have to do anything, you will still have to work on a lot of things but you will also have to ensure that you see your team members are doing things properly.
