Being a leader does not only mean that you want others to follow you but it means that you should be someone that others will want to follow. A leader is not someone who will only give orders. • Do not issue orders all the time. You should also act as a friend instead of a superior. No one likes it when someone tries to tell them what to do on a regular basis. If you have the time then you can always help other people out so that the work can be completed soon and they will also like you more.
• If you feel that your team members have done things that has made you proud then do not hesitate to praise them. They will feel good when you say good things about them. This will motivate them and they will work even more efficiently than before.
